One of my goals with this blog is to inspire! I really think it’s needed in this world; to inspire, encourage, strive to be positive and to see the good in people. My first challenge was to do yoga or mediate once a day for 7 days:
I love Adriene and am a big fan. The same with using the App Calm.
Next I encouraged you to do a smoothie every morning for breakfast;
Next, I thought that by making someone happy, you would inspire so I recommended that you sent a postcard to someone near and dear. A very easy thing to do and so appreciated! I also recommended you to use TouchNote- a great App for sending someone a card.
Then I thought it might be a good idea to clean up amongst all of your photos! I think a lot of us have thousands of photos that needs sorting?!
Then I wanted to encourage my readers to read a book- just a little every day.
It’s a different world sitting down, switching off and just being mesmerised, enthralled and escape for a while. There just isn’t anything that truly can replace a really good book. Don’t you think?
Then this week, I encouraged you to use what you already have.
I truly want to inspire you! So for this week, I will suggest that you pick one of these challenges and do one for a week. I really want these to make you appreciate what you have. It really doesn’t take much- – or even anything- to appreciate what you have and to understand who you are and know that you can really make a difference. To yourself and to someone, or more, in your life! Come on- I challenge you and recommend- that you pick one of the above challenges and do them for 7 days straight. Come on and join in- you know it makes complete sense!!! If you feel good, remember that this is something extremely contagious!!!
Great list and thanks for the inspiration. I already read, and I should do more yoga. π Perhaps I’ll pick that challenge. Organizing photos will take a year, ha ha, so I’m skipping that one.
