So I’ve managed to run/ jog/ power walk. I’m taking it easy to avoid injuries and pains such as shin splints which I tend to get if I go out too fast and push it too much at first. I also started with a 10 minutes yoga session with Adriene this morning. 1 day done, 6 more days to go. In all fairness, exercise is for me anyway a lifestyle choice. Right now I’m choosing to incorporate that in my life. My goal… is to make it a regular habit more and more and less of a chore. Without a doubt I feel tons better when running, cycling or doing my yoga. How are you all doing? Maybe you are doing this already? Come on otherwise give this challenge a go!!! Only 30 minutes per day… you know it makes sense… I so recommend!!!
