I’ve managed most days but yesterday and feel a bit overwhelmed with items in my personal and professional life. A lot of big decisions and events to go through these next few months. So what better way of managing this by running! So tonight I will set aside 30 minutes minimum just for me. To just put on my trainers, let the wind grab my hair, smell the fresh air and let one leg after the other push me further. Not to even think about it, just to do it… just… for me… I so recommend!!!
