I will start with the challenges again. Not sure if this inspires anyone but I truly hope so?! I really do not want these to be a chore of some sort- more the type of challenge that makes you think a little? Things primarily to focus on you and health. Health is such a big word as well and it means so much. I would like to say that it has a lot to do with how you feel. Right? Think about what are healthy people in your opinion. Are they all beautiful slim people? I don’t think so. Health is what you radiate, vibrations. If you feel good, you most likely will radiate this, this is contagious and you will look healthy. Of course it is important to eat well, exercise, sleep well, reduce stress moments in your life, think happy thoughts and so on. Health truly is a balance and a mix of many things. I personally also think sometimes that I eat to keep my soul happy. By that I mean that I know it might not be considered something that the mainstream would consider healthy options. But for me, that is also important. If I want a piece of chocolate, or eat some fries- well then I do that. Plain…and simple… It is so important that food does not become something contentious. Food should be enjoyable! Exercise is something that is important though. It is important to be and to feel healthy. That is why I will challenge you all to focus 30 minutes every day this week on some form of exercise: Running, cycling, swimming, football, yoga, pilates. Whatever you fancy- BUT…the goal is that you dedicate 30 minutes to this every day for 7 days starting tomorrow. Are you in? This is investing in yourself long term. My goal is to make exercise become more part of my daily routine, without it being a chore. A challenge- yes! But so important- to feel good, to radiate and to be and to feel healthy! I so recommend!
