2019 welcome! This year is a year where I will achieve what I set out to achieve. I will have goals, and they will be achievable ones.
One of them is my January to be full of Yoga! I have signed up to Yoga with Adriene and strongly recommend you to do the same! 2019 for me will be more focus on health! Mental and physical in everything that I do! I have slowly started preparing for my half- marathon as well. But most importantly- one thing at a time and to ensure that my goals are achieved.
This evening I’m also sampling a divine tea from Pukka. Delicious and so full of flavours. Good for my soul! Which is what life is about. Balance. 2019- I will steer my life to a healthier one. One step at a time as well. And continue setting limits and to have the courage to actually say no. We are in control of our destiny! I truly recommend.

Yes- it’s always a challenge having resolutions or not for the year! For me it’s good when they’re achievable. Not another stress factor in life! 😌🙏🏻
