This is a 30 day Yoga challenge by Adriene. She offers this every January. This is actually my 3rd year signing up. I really recommend- and also that you actually follow it and practice every day. It gets a bit tricky otherwise. I really recommend that you sign up to this. You’ll be part of a global group of thousands of people.
