This will be my first full year of blogging. All being well of course. I still feel that I have so much to learn in the world of blogging. Self-hosting, Pinterest, tailwind, SEO, how to best monetise and so on. Why do you blog? Why do you write? Do you have a clear goal with your blog or do you just write as and when? Do you have a set schedule that you follow?
This is still very much a new and exciting world to me with unlimited opportunities! Just like with most things in life to some extent. An important part for me with my writing is to enjoy this. And I do!

Having begun my blog on New Year’s Day last year I have just entered mt second year of blogging so am by no means experienced on any of the technical aspects of blogging. I would just say enjoy it, enjoy writing, write about things that matter to you, write with passion and energy and let your blog evolve naturally.
It’s been great connecting with you in 2018 and I wish you well for 2019.

Thanks for sharing your experience. I started my blog in Aug 2018, so a few months ago. At the moment, I’m enjoying the whole writing experience and knowing that I can connect with like minded individuals. Let’s see how our blogs progress in 2019.

I was playing with the idea of making something professional out of this blog when I just started. Meanwhile, I have discovered that it needs more energy and training than I thought of, and I admitted that I didn’t want to work that hard on it. So for now I just blog for the fun of it, to keep up this project and see where it leads me later :))

Yes- that is very true. I think it requires a different input if that makes sense? It’s never too late to change direction or do something different with your blog and what you write. What is important though is this dialogue and communication. That is my number 1 priority along with creating good content. Thank you for your comment. To a great 2019!!! 🙏🏻😌

Yes… I personally think that is a good strategy… good content, comments and communication and then see where it takes you!!! With blogging… there are no limits but I do think you do need to work at it… as with most things in life. Then of course it depends what you want to- of course 🙏🏻😌

Yes, I think that too. Blogging can be hard work, but it depends on the goals. There is hobby blogging, prof blogging, and I wonder if there is smth inbetween. I guess, we all would love to keep on doing what we love and earn money of it, but I am not sure if it happens by itself in our days. I guess, there is a work behind even what looks like effortless posting 🙂 especially when it becomes an income.

Yes absolutely… I think most of us spend time on the posts and genuinely love this. There are courses out there as well for everything relating to blogging. I also think you can find it by researching on your own (YouTube?). I love the interaction and communication and have “talked” to many great of you here! 🙏🏻😌
