Sunday Yoga and Easy Banana Cake

Today is a beautiful sunny perfect autumn day. The wind is making the leaves shake on the tree outside of where we live. It’s very cosy. Even though the sun is out, I’ve still lit a couple of candles!

The morning started of with Yoga with Adriene:

Truly, a perfect start to a Sunday morning. A lot of breathing and stretching for sore shoulders and neck. And as usual, Adriene reminds me to smile- which is easy to forget sometimes!

Then, my morning was followed by an:

Easy Banana Cake

How to:

Mix 125gr butter, 3/4 cup of caster sugar and vanilla essence (in my case vanilla sugar) in a pan and gently heat

Mash two very ripe bananas and mix in a beaten egg

Mix in a bigger bowl 1 1/2 cup of flour (if not self rising add 2tbs of baking soda/ powder

Add 1/2 cup of milk/ water or other alternative

Mix all of this together until almost smooth

Bake in C 170 for approximately 40 minutes- check it regularly

Then leave to cool and enjoy on this beautiful Sunday morning!
