Saturday thoughts!

Right now life feels hard and complicated. Wanting to be able to do more- but many of us are so restricted. Most of us wanting this to just end… it’s so important to show kindness right now. Having been on the receiving end of too much negativity it’s important to try and find what & where to find the strength again. In relaxing, exercising, cooking, talking to friends and family and also in doing just nothing. What are your best advice when struggling completing a task and receiving nothing but criticism for it? How do you switch that of and turn something bad into something great?

Whatever you do… think good of people and be there to offer support. Don’t attack someone who needs help… it’s all about kindness- especially right now! I so… recommend!

Convinced it’s the small things in life that we need to focus on to ensure we live a happy life. Love sharing experiences and recommendations and starting to understand that positivity is very contagious!

  1. I like to journal my feelings daily and get some mediation reading and yoga
in as well. We too are in lockdown for a month – we were the safest place in the world here in the province of Nova Scotia – in Atlantic Canada 🇨🇦 however it just took a variant and one situation to blow it up now – our Public health physician has been quoted as saying “and when this has passed, may they say that love spread more quickly than any virus ever could “- Dr Robert Strang, Chief Medical Officer Nova Scotia Canada 🇨🇦 🍁 he is really good at encouraging community mindedness in our province with his positive kind and caring messages
