Saturday thoughts

Life is unpredictable and can change in a moment. No one can predict what will come next. These last few months, last year even, should teach us more to get better at appreciating the now. And also to teach us how to appreciate the smaller things in life. One of the main reasons I started this blog actually: to appreciate the little things… today I will take my bike and go for a ride. I really look forward to that. To feel the wind in my face and also feel the sun on my skin. We are lucky. Today is a sunny day!!! We really have proper April weather here where in a day we see all seasons: wind, hail, snow, rain, cloudy skies followed by blue sky and big white clouds revealing the sun- it is actually still there! It’s nice to see that in our world there is still consistency. Take deep breathes, look at nature today. A flower, a leaf, go for a walk or if you can and have a bicycle, take it for a spin. It will do you good just to get fresh air and to clear the mind. Take a beautiful photo of something unexpected outside. It will appear in your photo stream in a year and remind you of this day… a Saturday in April where you enjoyed the little thing in life. I so… recommend!!! Have the most fabulous of days!

Convinced it’s the small things in life that we need to focus on to ensure we live a happy life. Love sharing experiences and recommendations and starting to understand that positivity is very contagious!
