I do recommend to stick to some sort of routine.
* If you can, are allowed and feel comfortable, go outside for powerwalks! A brisk walk outside is miracle for mental health. Of course keep distance…
* Sign up to YouTube classes for exercise
* learn another language
* watch Oscar nominated movies
* improve your blog. Sign up to blogging classes
* cook something different tonight
* bake something
And look forward. Yes one day at a time right now but hopefully in a few weeks or months… we will be back to a new normal. Look for the positive things. I will plan for a nice party for my friends with nibbles and drinks… and to find ways where I can help and boost things in our society!
Keep and stay well and exercise- if nothing else to remain sane!!! I so… recommend โค๏ธ

Yes, this is so true. We must keep to some routine and find the things we like to do whether inside, or out.
Take ourselves away from the bad news, because it can get too much.

Yes very much so- no one right now has the answer… so focus on keeping and staying well and keep to some sort of routine. I find powerwalks help a lot- of course keeping distance etc. ๐๐๐

I had a few hours out yesterday in a different area. If I want to go out, I will. I don’t do large crowds anyway. But say where I may want the theatre, this will be something I won’t do at the moment. I will go where there is space. But not squashed, or very close together. Just as a precaution.
Today is reading watching a dvd and crafts.

Good tips. Stay safe as well! I guess it is a good time for learning a new skill such as a language at the moment, especially if you cannot work remotely and are really stuck at home.
