A Saturday in Copenhagen

Today is a beautiful sunny day. We’ve just enjoyed our first cup of coffee. It’s quiet but to be fair, it usually is on Saturdays in general. Life goes on. We will stay at home. Maybe venture out on a bike ride away from crowds. Enjoy every minute of every day. We are looking forward- to brighter and warmer days. Keep calm and cool. This too shall pass. One day at a time! Stay safe 🙏😌. I so… recommend!

Convinced it’s the small things in life that we need to focus on to ensure we live a happy life. Love sharing experiences and recommendations and starting to understand that positivity is very contagious!

  1. Best wishes from Canada 🇨🇦 we too are staying quiet just getting things we need to possibly quarantine if needed – NOT toilet paper so foolish !!!! And hoarding is so not a community minded action – we need to look after ourselves neighbours & community
We have no cases YET in our province of Nova Scotia ( eastern Canadian province )
I am a nurse and will assist if needed in assessment clinics – my duty to help
Stay healthy everyone – home yoga reading -art -meditation -journaling – walk run hike – make self care a priority
