The Naked Truth…

So, holiday times. Full of excitement, weeks if not months of planning and preparing. Some of us count down the days even I’m sure. So then what… what if… what if they turn out to be a disaster? Holidays are supposed to be relaxing. A time to recharge. Many of us balance a very busy life. The blessing or curse of always being available. For work, friends and family. Literally at the click of a button.

Holidays can be amazing. But they can also be a real disaster. Family and friends you have not seen for a long time. Then all you do is end up having a difference of opinion. Different schedules who are supposed to match and agree on – what to eat, drink and when… a recipe for disaster. Or… ? Sometimes it’s about just going with the flow… and to enjoy the moment. The naked truth is that I forgot that… built up stress and always working towards tight deadlines and preparing at work and in home life… did I just forget what really is important and what truly matters??? I probably did… then I read this below and realise that I need to go back to basic again.

Please don’t forget what truly matters in life… quality time with your near and dear ones. Everything else can wait or… learn to go with the flow!!! I so recommend… trust me… Go… with the flow…!!!

Convinced it’s the small things in life that we need to focus on to ensure we live a happy life. Love sharing experiences and recommendations and starting to understand that positivity is very contagious!
