This blog is covering a lot from recommendations to moving country to tips on nice restaurants. I have been to some amazing places in the world. To date and right now- these are my three favourites:
1. Geranium in Copenhagen. An out worldly experience. Every single piece on the plate truly was a master piece and tasted divine. It also reflects Copenhagen to me. Clean, green and with hints of nature in the dishes. A once in a life time experience that I truly recommend
2. Joel Robuchon in Vegas. In some respect the opposite to Geranium. Ostentatious, extravagant- just full on out there. Large sized portions where every single piece of food just melts in your mouth. My only regret is that I hadn’t starved myself before going at first. The dishes were just never ending! A true show and I truly recommend
3. Fem Små Hus in Stockholm. A true find. Perfect to visit a darker autumn or winter night. Attentive staff- mind you in all of these places! The food full of mind blowing flavours and very thought through with hints of Swedish culture in. I truly recommend
