Remaining positive?! 3 Good Things

So, what can you do when you wake up and feel like all you want to do is just go back to bed again? Well it is quite easy, but requires a little bit of brain train. I have probably been a person who can look at things a bit dark. But, life is short and the person who suffers the most in these circumstances is you. So when you feel a bit down- try and think of how lucky you are instead. I have also started using the App 3 Good Things. You simply list three things that you are grateful for. It doesn’t get much simpler than that. This will be one of my challenges that I will do 7 days in a row. I truly believe that you can change your mind and how you think and perceive things. It’s is also about energy- and what you radiate. That’s what you attract to some extent. And surely life is a lot more fun if you are enjoying yourself, are positive and appreciate what you have! I recommend the App 3 Good Things
