So, what can you do when you wake up and feel like all you want to do is just go back to bed again? Well it is quite easy, but requires a little bit of brain train. I have probably been a person who can look at things a bit dark. But, life is short and the person who suffers the most in these circumstances is you. So when you feel a bit down- try and think of how lucky you are instead. I have also started using the App 3 Good Things. You simply list three things that you are grateful for. It doesn’t get much simpler than that. This will be one of my challenges that I will do 7 days in a row. I truly believe that you can change your mind and how you think and perceive things. It’s is also about energy- and what you radiate. That’s what you attract to some extent. And surely life is a lot more fun if you are enjoying yourself, are positive and appreciate what you have!
