I’m feeling just that little bit proud. Now on Day 6 of my Yoga & Meditation challenge. To write it down certainly helps! I think to some extent we, as human beings, all want to improve a little. For me the best way seems to do it in smaller increments. Just 3 more kilos less, just a bit more yoga, just a bit more family time, just those few more hours at work, just cook more from scratch at home etc. etc. Part of my goal with this blog is to recommend small things in life that will make you feel just that little bit better and happier- with life and about yourself. I really think it is the small things that we do that can actually make a big difference to your daily life: how you feel about yourself, which also reflects on the outside and creates good energy. I really believe this.
So- one more day- for now- with this challenge. I have plenty more up my sleeve. Feel free to join at anytime and also to come up with suggestions what you would like to partake in. It truly is a lot easier to stick to these challenges by sharing them like this in the blogosphere and writing them down.Come on- let’s go!
