Challenge Day 5- Calm and mindfulness

So I just completed another session in Calm. It is a great App. I am by no means a Yoga or Meditation expert but I find that this is an App that makes it easier for someone like me who is not used to meditate at all. I think that this is a good investment for yourself.

Now it’s time to enjoy the weekend!
