Ok two short recommendations from me this morning- what I like to read- then what I prefer to drink first thing in the morning:
My nespresso! I sometimes, or regularly, have two Vivalto Lungo.
I really like these coffees- they are very quick to make… so second morning recommendation from me.
I do read a lot and have signed up to a lot of information. I also think it is good to sign up to newsletters and shop information when you move to a new country. For me that’s one way to settle in and to get familiar with your new country. I’m sure you received a lot of emails prior to GDPR taking effect though. It surprised me how many sites/ companies/ organisations hold information on you.
One site I do quite like though is Finimize. It’s a group of people who decided to write short to the point information about financial news. It takes you 3-4 minutes to read each of their articles. A good recommendation from me if you want to stay tuned about news in finance.
Finimize Financial News
This is a blog with recommendations and that in a lot of different subjects. Right now I am checking out different shops, online tools etc. I do like to make things a little bit easier for myself at times. Here in Denmark and in Sweden I have noticed Boozt, which have a lot of brands. I have to say I really do miss Amazon Prime and John Lewis- but Boozt seems ok.
I do need a few dresses later on this year for a few big events. I have started to look and save my favourites on Boozt and am waiting for the right occasion to buy as they do sell the clothes at discounted prices quite often.
I know there are better ways of adding pictures so this weekend I will do a clean up on my pages. I have to admit that I right now, do a lot of work on my blog from my iPhone.
Good morning/ afternoon/ evening to wherever you are. For me it’s morning.
I’ve just completed another session of Calm. It really is a great App to use to get into meditation. And it does help. In these times when we are so exposed and accessible 24/7- it’s important to learn how to switch off. It’s something I’m personally very guilty off. I love my iPhone and the opportunities it brings and how easy it is to communicate. I have friends in many places not near me so use different methods of communication. I need to get better at managing my time though and to focus on the here and now and to live life now! I love reading and researching but sometimes forget to switch off. Maybe I’ll do this into my third challenge?

It’s easy to set challenges. Trickier to stick to them and to not get distracted! That’s why I hope it’ll get easier to follow through sharing into the blogosphere. Let’s see. There is nothing like a challenge and I’m determined to live life to it’s fullest!

Then more recent research claiming 60 days something. To try something for a week though is at least a start towards some improvements in your life! Let’s go…!
I didn’t manage my Yoga today. I’ve been too busy. That shouldn’t be the case though. ” if the president has time to exercise… so do you” so I will set my alarm earlier tomorrow morning for meditation and a yoga session… wish me luck!
