Genius Bloggers Toolkit

It’s almost been 5 months now since I started blogging. Time goes fast when you’re having fun! It feels as if I’ve just started this journey. I have so much more to learn, conquer and so many challenges to overcome.

I have mentioned before, but later on this year, I’d like to go self- hosted. I still have a lot of questions to work out first though before I take this step.

I keep seeing information about this course that you can buy until tomorrow or Monday: The Genius Bloggers Toolkit. Have you heard of it? It is a collection of ebooks, ecourses and other digital products. This is the third annual addition. The cost of this is USD97. Sounds like a good price? I love researching and investing and I have to admit that when it comes to this blogging journey, there is so much more for me to learn. I also know that if you want to get really good at something, you have to invest. Not always financially but time wise as well. That’s what will challenge you and take you to the next level. For Q4, my goal with my blog is to step it up a notch. I’m slowly but surely increasing my followers. Yesterday I hit another milestone as well in “likes”. That’s what I enjoy the most; people actually taking the time to read, comment and “liking” it.

This course is being advertised by many different bloggers right now:

I honestly don’t know if I can recommend it as I have not signed up or tried it yet. I just know personally, that if this blog and my goals are to be reached, I have to start to invest more and continue my strategy. Also not to forget, that I am writing because I love it! It’s creative and there are honestly no limits to what you can achieve as a blogger. I truly believe that, as with most things; if you invest, work hard and if you are determined to reach your goal(s), you will get there!!! Reach for the stars 🌟!!!

Friday inspiration

Today is Friday. One of many great days! I read this quote and realised how true this is. It’s so important to shut out noice and just focus sometimes. Easier said than done perhaps?

This weekend I want family and friend time, a lot of Hygge with nice dinners and long talks. Maybe a few walks in the park. It looks like the weather will be beautiful here. Here autumn has arrived full force with leaves turning red and yellow. Quite a spectacular landscape!

I wish you all a very Happy Friday!!!

Thursday gratitude!

Good morning/ afternoon/ evening! Today is going to be an amazing day! Started this morning with a pick me up Yoga session with you know who! Lit a few candles and had a nice cup of nespresso after. In the background I am listening to some very soft chilled jazz pick me up music! I’m grateful today; for my friends and to people who are there to support. Who listens and to you all who go in here and read and comment! This blogging community is quite spectacular. Why did you start blogging? What was your intention? Are you writing to be creative, to spread a message, to share? I’m very interesting in listening and knowing!

Tomorrow night here in Copenhagen is the Culture night here. Thank you Andrea for sharing!

More than 250 museums, libraries and theatres are open. Isn’t that amazing? It’s been going on for 25 years here. If you are here visiting or live here, I recommend a visit!

Have an amazing day! Make the most of it!

Energy and how to confront?

I think there are different types of people. Some who strongly dislike confrontations and others who actually enjoy it and see it as a challenge. I’m probably more of the first type. But I’m also learning that there are moments when you just have to make a stand and confront! But to do it in a good way. What do you think?

Especially in work environments this can be particularly tricky as you have to work with all sorts of people and at times it can feel as if your navigating a field full of surprises. I’ve also noticed that different people accept different things; what is being said to them and how they are treated. Maybe that is because some people are better than others and don’t take things personally? We are all humans- does that mean that conflicts are acceptable? Is this just what happens when we interact? What do you think- do you have any particular tricks in how to manage difficult situations- in general in life? They do tend to appear at work as well as in life.

Next on my list of books to read is: “Flip the Switch” by Jez Rose. I like what it says on the back of the book: “Choose to be extraordinary”. A book about wanting to improve outcomes by developing how we see things. I’m also following:

Gabby Bernstein she is very spiritual. I haven’t looked into what she does properly. Maybe that’s what will be next on my list?!

It’s very important for me to treat people with respect. I have to admit though that sometimes I don’t understand other people’s behaviour. Maybe this book will shed some light? Have you ever been in a confrontational situation? If so, how did you manage this?

Happy Tuesday Yoga and Halloween ðŸŽƒ

Today is Tuesday. This day is actually named after the One-handed God named Tiw in the Norse mythology. The information about him is a bit mixed but supposedly he had a female companion called Zisa. He lost his hand to a wolf named Fenris. I find the Norse mythology very fascinating albeit violent. On to a different type of tradition: Halloween. As we know it today, it was actually brought to the USA by Scottish and Irish immigrants. I didn’t know that I have to admit! It’s a festive time that I actually enjoy. Yes I know it’s about scary things and candy. But it put a lot of smiles on in particular kids faces… we spent some time in the USA and what they do there in some areas is quite spectacular. Whole houses and areas are completely transformed. And of course we have all the scary movies that come out. What is there not to love?! Let’s see what Copenhagen will bring!

Another recommendation as well considering the darker times now is this Yoga with Adriene:

Energising Morning Yoga Sequence

It will certainly wake you up and get you ready for another amazing day!!!

Happy Tuesday! Enjoy.
