Friday inspiration!

It is Friday. The end of summer is approaching here. It is different spending summer time in Scandinavia. Summer really is a rather precious time and people take time to recharge. Healthy really.

The next few months will be busy. But focus will be on focusing, getting things done, health and keeping to a work life balance. To leave things alone and where they belong. Work to stay at work! And to enjoy family and friends even more… so to a great autumn and winter! Full of inspiration, goals, cooking healthy, increase exercise, more time with family and friends and to truly enjoy good food and movies and books!

Remaining 2019 to be fantastic! Will you join me!!! I so recommend!

More inspiration from Pinterest

I was an early user of Pinterest. It’s a great tool for finding inspiration. It has evolved so much as well these last few years. As much of our social media tools of course.

Do you use it? I really like it and will start using it a bit more. It’s great for inspiration. I am considering reviewing what I have there right now and amend slightly. To create boards there for inspiration. You can gain followers there and also see how many unique viewers you have. At one point when I was using it a lot I actually had over 17,000 unique viewers. Honestly, I don’t really know what that actually means but it’s still a booster to what you do. I think so at least!

Sometimes I do contemplate what the future work life will be. Will it be more office based or more online based. What do you think? It’s fascinating to see how much technology has changed in the last 20-30 years. Just imagine what the next 20-30 years have in store for us. Good or bad? The world certainly goes through many paradigm shifts. Ok this is a post about thoughts- and Pinterest. I really like this tool and will start using it more again!

Hope you enjoy this different post from me! 😌🙏🏻

Hammam towels to recommend

As we travel quite a bit, I’m always on the look out for “smarter” things. Last year I came across these hammam towels. They are light, beautiful and do not take up that much space in your suitcase. They are usually made of 100% cotton but sometimes bamboo blends can be involved too. The Turkish hammam has been woven by local villagers for generations. They now seem to be something becoming trendy. But I like them because they are beautiful, light and dry very quickly. A win-win when going away on holiday! I know you can find them on Amazon but I’m sure if you google hammam towels where you live several shops will offer them. Maybe now even reduced as we are in the middle of summer holidays in this part of the world anyway. I’d really recommend! Here in Denmark, I have bought some from a shop called Mark&Waldorf. A great web shop with amazing service! Always a nice way to shop as well in my opinion! I hope you find some and like them just as much as I do! 🙏🏻😌

Focus, vision, goal and affirmation!

Happy Monday!

A lot of us have mixed feelings about Monday’s, right? I try to focus on Monday’s as the opportunity to start again. A little bit like a new year. I also see autumn as an opportunity to start afresh. Why only allow yourself the one opportunity in January to start over or set challenges. Why not do it regularly throughout the year?

Focus this week is on the here and now. To embrace the current time and to be present. If you’re like me and have a tendency of planning, which is great, try this week to look at what is in front of you right now. Slow down and enjoy. Look out through the window, listen to the sounds around you. Take in all the smells. Deep breathes. Life is also what happens right now, not what happened yesterday, nor what will happen tomorrow- focus on the now!

Vision is the calm. Take deep breathes. See yourself very relaxed. Don’t take things too seriously but learn to laugh more, to enjoy more. We have this chance to make life amazing! Why not decide to do that? Right now… there is no time like the present.

Goal is to succeed at this- learn to live in the now.

Affirmation is to live now. Enjoy now. Look around you now.

I so… recommend! Have a fabulous week!
