It’s the small things. Reminder to be grateful and start the three things you are grateful for every day. You can train your brain to focus more on the positive. It can be needed at times, when things around you are changing. What are you grateful for? Think about even the smallest thing, think about it, even say it out loud, write it down, create a list and remind yourself that it can be pretty good. I so…recommend! 🙏😌

Beautiful post – I also recommend writing things down such as gratitudes or just anything on your mind it so helps to clear away and make room and just get things like worries & concerns off the mind and on to paper – I recommend paper and pen as the art of physically writing is so good for our brains and mental health.
