If you are going through hard times and/ or feel down, do this one thing for me today; put on some shoes and go outside (or head to the gym) for a brisk walk (or machine if you prefer). This is one thing that will start to make you feel that bit better again. Just do it. Put on some comfortable shoes, listen to some good music, or a good podcast about a topic that is close to your heart. Get away from staying inside. You need a change of scenery! I so… recommend!!!
Have as a goal this week to keep moving. Realise that you truly are what you do and what you eat. The one and only person controlling this is you!!! Just do it. I can personally vouch that this is such a simple but effective way of clearing out those cobwebs. Just do it! Then share with me how this made you feel?
