Focus this week is to get out of comfort zone and to dare. Challenge yourself into doing something new or something different?! Get up earlier for exercise, prepare healthier breakfasts, cook more from scratch, make that presentation at work, connect with friends or family you haven’t talked to in a while, watch that movie you’ve said you’ll watch or read that book you’ve thought about reading 100’s of times. Just do it! Enjoy every single minute of this week… breathe, smile and just be happy. Why…? Just because you can. “Should, would, could, did.”
