2021- The Year of Resiliency and You

2020 truly was the year of loss. Loss on so many levels. I do believe however that we humans are a very resilient species. I want the year 2021 to be filled with that. To hear and see and be part of these stories. It’s also so important to realise that what you do as an individual makes such a difference. Your mind is such a powerful tool. I’ve seen very close what it does to someone who loses faith in themselves. It’s not good for anybody. Truly, it’s not. So don’t forget that what you do and say changes things. Metaphorically like dabbing your fingers on a very still lake… the smallest movements create circles. What you do impacts you, your family, friends and our society. Never believe it doesn’t!

Focus the year 2021 of resilience. In 6-12 months the world will look different. Use the time now wisely. Invest in your mind & body. Be kind. Reach out to family & friends. We may not be able to meet face to face at the moment but with Internet, we can do a lot! Use it and do so wisely. Start good routines. I can so vouch for brief exercises regularly to create a stronger mind. Just 10-15 minutes a day! Search YouTube or other sources and commit to it. Make your mind and body strong. Chose to eat well and be kind- kind to yourself and those around you. Use this time well. Rearrange, reorganise, prepare and be smart. We will see a new paradigm soon as we are in the midst of a huge shift. But I have no doubt that the world will be a happier place and that soon. Don’t forget, make yourself more resilient and don’t forget that it all starts… with you! You so make the difference! I so… recommend!!!

Convinced it’s the small things in life that we need to focus on to ensure we live a happy life. Love sharing experiences and recommendations and starting to understand that positivity is very contagious!

  1. Love this post. It is absolutely true that the mind is a powerful tool. If we say I feel bad and I cannot do it, we will never be able to change and feel better. Staying positive and having positive thoughts makes all the difference. At least it does for me. And if we feel positive and happy, the people around us will lift up as well.
