Have you like me felt a little bit lost? I came across this quote and it will be my mantra to find myself back, grounded again:
“ Be like a tree, stay grounded and know when to let go” this I found on tinybuddha.com … breath in and out to find back to centre again. Even though I, like many of you right now, see and meet fewer people, it feels quite noisy, messy and unsettled. It’s time to go back and to find that calm centre again. 🙏

Try yoga! I started a yoga challenge recently and it really helps. My body feels better, but the breathing techniques I learned and the gentle twists etc are so calming and I always feel so much better afterwards and more grounded and centered. I have become a yoga lover and it enhances my life so much.
