Focus, vision, goal and affirmation!

Motivation- what is that to you? How do you get and stay motivated? “The secret of getting ahead is getting started”. A great quote by Mark Twain. Are you one of those who get stuck before you even actually start something? Focus this week is to just keep going. Be less of a perfectionist. It’s a great quality trait but at times it can also hinder you. Just do it… take the plunge, go out of your comfort zone. Motivate… for some maybe it’s now to just get out of bed. The world is right now a bit upside down to say the least. So… without further ado- the mantra this week is “just do it”… do that exercise you’ve been thinking about, read that book, cook that dish, call that person, send that postcard, clear up your photos. Use the time well… as we all know it- life is so fragile… see yourself radiate it- the glow from within and decide to have a fabulous week… stay sane, look after yourself your body and mental health… and keep on shining in these darker times! I so… recommend!!!

Convinced it’s the small things in life that we need to focus on to ensure we live a happy life. Love sharing experiences and recommendations and starting to understand that positivity is very contagious!

  1. I absolutely agree. Just “doing it” can be really hard, but once we do, we get a feeling of accomplishment and satisfaction. And that can do wonders for us.
