Focus is on maintaining a routine. As much as you can. Stick to the waking up and getting ready for the day. Set up to work from home, prepare for kid(s), pets and so on. Don’t forget that daily exercise if you’re allowed. To cleanse your body & brain! Visualise being together with your loved ones- and maybe to prepare and have that great party once this has settled… a big party! To celebrate and cherish every single moment. Goal is to never give up- together we will get through this! I keep reading amazing stories how people are helping. A huge thank you to everyone on the front line 🙏 and gratitude.
