Your mind and thoughts are incredible powerful. Those are partly what make up your world. I know very well how easy it is to get stuck in a negative spiral and to give more space to negativity than to positivity. Hence why the challenge for this week is to truly focus on what is positive in your life. To help this, I am using the App “3 Good Things”; it’s very straight forward, doesn’t take too long and it makes you write down what you are thankful for in your life. You can go back in time as well and view historical entries.
When we feel grateful we do feel better as it makes us aware of what makes us happy. It benefits us physically and mentally. This week I truly challenge you to channel positivity and to facilitate this- write down every day at least 3 things in your life that makes you happy and that you are grateful for.
