Some of us don’t have as much time to spend on exercising as we would want; I’m one of them! That’s why I try to look into alternatives-and ideally what you can do from home and also to incorporate exercise in my daily life. The goal here is to make exercise a part of my daily routine- simply so it’s not a chore but something fun to do. I’m already a huge fan of Yoga with Adriene. She’s amazing! I can’t stress enough how great her sessions are. And finally I have the courage again to do more exercise having injured my back 4-5 weeks ago. That was not fun! So a word of caution- always listen to your body first and not what any instructor tells you to do!
I’m also realising and know, how good weights are- and to strengthen your body. I’m far from a fitness person but I’d actually really like to become one. Not to a crazy level but yes; I’d like to be a bit more health conscious! Today I wanted to try a little bit of weight lifting from home and came across these guys:
There are some really great work outs here- that you can easily do from home! I will try more of them out but also remember to listen to my body!!! Never push too far or too hard- but little by little small but firm steps!
I’ve managed to do some exercise this past week but not every day I have to admit! I will continue with the same challenge this week; 30 minutes of some sort of exercise just for you! I so… recommend… have an amazing Sunday!!!
I love yoga with Adrienne as well been doing her workouts for 3 years almost now
I recently found Heather Robertson cardio workout in YouTube as well and you can do free ones for strengthening https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=EeF47sA_o28
