Smoothies! And other stories travelling in Europe and USA

So this morning I made a nice one:

1 cup frozen yellow fruit

1 cup blueberry juice

1 banana

1 tsp of Chia Seeds

Put in the blender and mix!

I’ve made a smoothie every morning in the last week, more than not. So I do feel proud of myself. I’ve now been writing here for about three weeks, and at first I had a few readers, now a lot less. I see it as a challenge and I will not give up. It is also holiday for a lot of people so I imagine people are staying away from media and gadgets for a few weeks. This week I will set myself allocated time when I will check my media streams. It is very addictive. I just think it can become more focused and structured if you allocate time instead of checking your iPhone every time an alert pops up on your iPhone. So that is my challenge this week! To use my iPhone more structured and focused.

Then I will continue writing here and understand the best way to attract readers and people who are interested in what I have to say and share. My goal would be to have 1,000 by the end of this year. I will write more about recommendations in Copenhagen, London, California and also about a few trips that we have planned this year. To Venice, the lakes in northern Italy, a cool train journey from London- Venice and so on. We are blessed and travel quite a lot in my family. Anyway I wish you all a great day and thank you for popping in here and reading my stories.

Convinced it’s the small things in life that we need to focus on to ensure we live a happy life. Love sharing experiences and recommendations and starting to understand that positivity is very contagious!
