Focus, vision, goal and affirmation!

Focus this week is to keep going and to retain the balance. Not too much nor too little. To break down tasks into achievable chunks and succeed.

Vision is to reap the benefits; one day at a time little by little to get there soon. Stronger, leaner and more powerful. To feel good!

Goal is to keep going; one step after the other- keep direction and to go places. Propose differences- why not?

Affirmation is “whatever I desire to have, I can have” a bold statement this week but why not? I don’t want to stop myself nor set limits but keep focus, visualise my goals and knowingly set out to do so! Strong, powerful “can do” week. Feel the empowerment! I so recommend!
