On my quest for that little bit healthier, I prepared overnight oats last night. It’s so simple! There are tons of recipes out there. In mine, I’ve added:
1 cup of oats
1/2 cup of oat milk
1 tbs of chia seeds
1/2 tbs honey
Then mix in a cup and leave in the fridge overnight.
This morning I added some fresh raspberries on top as well! It really doesn’t get much simpler than that. A good and healthy start to the day. I recommend!!!

Yum.. I love oats soaked overnight…
Also, Quinoa seeds can be prepared in the same way… Add a little fruit, and maybe some coconut milk in the morning and voilΓ – another wonderful breakfast.. π

I substitute almond or coconut milk for oat milk. However, I have given up grains going gluten-free and there is still much debate about available oats being gluten-free.

Yes- Carolyn here also suggests quinoa? There are so many different ways of doing this- and to substitute- Iβll imagine it tastes quite good with coconut milk as well. I used to drink almond milk but stopped that… long story as to why but ππ»π thank you for your comment.
