Day 1 complete! I will document the sessions here every day- to keep me and you motivated to do it! Yes it was hard getting up when the alarm went of at 5:55… Outside is dark, rain is hammering down and it’s very gusty. But now after this morning session I actually feel pretty good. Just be careful as this is quite an energising session so important to listen to your body and do what you can. (Note I am not a qualified yoga teacher or doctor at all!!!).
Bring out your mat on the floor, prepare your coffee or tea to be ready after these 25 minutes and enjoy this journey! I really recommend.

Youโre right! I do feel better! Day One complete! I made a breakfast smoothie before my session, so I feel super-healthy today. A great start to the week! Now I need to get off my iPad and go do something useful….

Caffeine is a stimulant, while yoga is done with the intentions of keeping oneself fit and relaxed.

For me- absolutely perfect… I donโt like my drink too hot so I usually prepare it just prior to my session then once finished, I savour a delicious freshly cup of Nespresso to prepare for a full day ahead! Iโm sure a herbal tea or a decaf would work just as well if that is more to your liking. But coffee is perfect for me before I start my usually very busy day of being a full-time mum with a full-time job ๐๐๐ป
