This week is a busy week ahead. My focus will be on yoga and mediation. I find this helps balancing the weekly stresses that can sometimes break in unwanted of course. But by meditating for 15-20 minutes a day and/ or do a yoga session a day actually helps. I will also make a conscious choice of being in charge of my time. The life some of us leads are so full on. Day in and day out. But it also helps- and it can make you empowered- to feel that all of these “to dos” you actually control. At work, at home, with your hobbies, time with friends and so on. You are actually the master of your life! I sometimes feel it is about communicating and managing expectations but also to feel empowered and in control of your life. You decide.
Tell yourself- “you can do this” and set a goal(s) for this week and show yourself that you are… in control! I recommend. My challenge to make myself better- will be yoga & meditation! What will you pick?!
